I served as an Illinois Racing Board Commissioner regulating the rules of racing for the State of Illinois, served on the RCI Board of Directors, currently Chairman of the Jockey and Driver welfare and Safety Committee for RCI and was a professional Jockey. I attended the ROAP Accrediation Program in 2010 while serving as a Illinois Racing Commissioner.
