Hawthorne

As Director of Racing I worked directly with the Racing Secretary in developing the weekly Condition Sheet. I was responsible for disseminating all Stall Applications and assigning stalls. Additionally, I created several new overnight series as well as our annual Night of Champions and our Grand Circuit races titled 'The World Series'. I represented Hawthorne in dealings with the Illinois Racing Board, the Illinois Department of Agriculture and the Illinois Harness Horsemen's Assn.
