Enforcing the rules and regulations of the Pennsylvania Racing Commission through Hearings and Rulings. Responsibilities of Scratches, Overseeing and Proofing Entries for the Official Program, Bill of Sales, Transfer Forms, and Claims. Maintaining updated Steward's Scratch, Rulings, Specials, Claims and Medication Violation Reports.
